Zach's Auto Repair and Performance

Zach has worked on my vehicles for years. Him and his guys truly care about his clients and really know diagnostics as well! Most recently had him lift my truck and did an awesome job.

I was really disappointed in my last experience. I had taken my truck here twice before over the years and had great service and dealt with Zach directly. This last time the communication was awful and my truck wasn’t even touched for the 4 days it was there (when I was quoted 2 days). I ended up picking it up and taking it somewhere else. Really disappointed that the customer service and communication has gone downhill, I guess they are too busy to take the extra steps now for locals that have been giving them business for years. The place I ended up taking it to did my lift and tires for $400 less, was higher rated on Google, and I had my truck back and done within 24 hours.

Thank you sooo much to Aaron and team for all that you did, for explaining everything to me, for your patience and understanding as I know nothing about cars and you did an amazing job with my sons car, very responsive and very reasonable!!! I couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful to have worked with such a great auto body shop!!! Would highly Recommend!!!
