Paul never disappoints. I paid 170 bucks in towing passing several other shops just to know the job was done correct. Had a wiring issue that the last shop kept my truck for 3 days just to tell me they didn’t know where to start. Paul narrowed down the electrical short and fixed it within 24 hours of dropping off. I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else.

Was recommended by a friend who'd been using them for years. I have some auto repair knowledge but some jobs are beyond me or just too much time & effort so I'd rather pay. Thusly I have a little better knowledge of when a mechanic is bs'ing me. Paul has been honest every single time I've used him, always gives me a fair price and if rebuilt parts are available gives me the price for new parts and rebuilt and let's me choose. He has never tried to sell me something I didn't need. In fact one time I brought him my daughters car with a particular problem (I thought) and said it needs xyz. He looked at it for a couple minutes while I was there and said "you don't need that. You know how to change the coil packs right?" I said yes, he said "go buy those from Advanced and change them, it'll save you a lot of $ from me doing it" How many mechanics would do THAT?

I had my car towed there due to a bad rack n pinion, I was told by a couple of people I trusted that they were good, and honest. Well they ARE NOT!!!! The mechanic Thomas called and told me that he thought he could fix the part of the rack that had come unattached, I said great, do it. Well I went to pick it up, when Thomas said it was ready,I paid $174.00, for the repair. I did not get 500 ft down the road when the steering knuckle came off AGAIN! They got it back to Paul's shop, and Thomas finally realized that the rack n pinion had to be replaced. This was not great news, but I expected it, so ok. The Estimate was $435.00, not unreasonable. The unbelievable part was when Thomas told me that the $174.00 dollars I paid the first time would NOT be put towards the final repair cost. He said that this was due to the fact that the first bill was all labor. OK, but I paid them to diagnose and repair a problem, they did not do either of those things the first time.
