This is my neighborhood Meineke auto mechanic, these guys are great. I feel safe, taking my business to this location with Jason and Kyle. They show me everything that they diagnosed & found in detail and the prices are reasonable. I am satisfied I started going to them, since last year. I have faith that they are being honest with me & I don’t plan to go anywhere else for my car needs.

Top notch service. Went in on Friday to get my brakes checked. John said I was on the verge of needing new brakes. I travel a lot so I made an appointment to come in on Tuesday to get them fixed. They had told me that I would have to leave it with them for several hours an hour and a half later they called me and said my car was finished.. The price they told me on Friday is what I got billed no extra or add owns. This is what I look for when I take my car in for service.

1 star for a poor first impression, complete neglect for a nearly flat tire and malfunctioning tire pressure sensors, and omission of a dashboard battery light issue. I came in for an oil change I had scheduled online and when I walked in, one of the staff at the front desk asked if I was three different people before I could even say "hi". I was not one of the three people he named, and when I was finally able to say who I was and that I had an appointment, he referred me to someone else. After the the oil change was complete, I was given a few recommendations, one of which was to get my tires replaced in the near future. Imagine my surprise when I when out to my car and noticed my rear driver's side tire had noticeably low air pressure, almost flat compared to my other tires. They had clearly looked at my tires as they had given me a treadwear grade for each one, but didn't mention anything about a flat tire. They also didn't bother to check my tire pressure even though it's listed a
