They’re nice people and don’t charge a lot for labor, but I took my truck in two times within a few months and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. They also don’t call you when they are done checking your vehicle, so you have to call them and hope that they’ve gotten to your vehicle. That’s very inconsiderate. The first time I took it in, I waited very patiently all day from 9:00-5:00, assuming they would call me but they never did so I had no vehicle for a whole day because they didn’t care to call me and let me know what was going on. This time before I tried to take my truck anywhere, my dad did a Google search and found the problem in 5 minutes. The part was $60 and we changed it ourselves. If the mechanics cared enough, they would have done the same with some simple research. It’s a shame that you can’t trust professionals to know what they’re doing anymore. What a Mickey Mouse operation!!! These jokers have NO BUSINESS running a business. Said a 2 day job was gonna take 3. Fine. Took "4" and they called on Friday at 3:50. Got an Uber - 1st one cancelled so had to get 2nd. Called to let them know that I was on the way per their call. No answering machine. No answering the phone on a Friday evidently. They have a reputation for being "lazy" on Fridays so they can get out of there for the weekend. Knew I was on the way and showed up at 5:03 and no one there. 3 Uber rides later finally got my Jeep Cherokee back and keep smelling gas. No problem and totally safe to drive & we'll have the "owner" call you back. Owner never called and the picture shows that they left their tools under my hood, didn't even bother to put the engine back together correctly. More than happy to over-charge me for shoddy incomplete work and wouldn't follow up. Stay away from these jokers. Guess they're good for "basics" like brakes but should not ever be running a bus
