The dudes at Thompsons are the best. They stayed after hours to make sure my car was finished that day. Not to mention their fantastic prices, their quote for parts install was $300 less than Micos in Tampa. I used to be a loyal customer of Fields bmw but only for maintenances; when it came the time for a repair; fields bmw prices made me consider selling a kidney; extremely out of control their rates so I heard from Thompson’s from a friend that also heard good comments about them so I went there and the experience after getting my car fixed is that I could not be more happy; Tony the owner received my car; even though is an electrical X5 (which is not a common model) he received the car and was very kind and professional; he took the time to fully understand the issue; my car has an issue hard to detect, but he researched online and went beyond; keeping me informed about the status during the diagnostic and repair and even more; he spend a lot of time speaking with the extended warranty company to get the best deal for me; at the end I didn’t had to pay anything just the deductible; he’s not only the owner but he runs the business with his staff and makes sure the customer’s experience
