Regal Kia Service Center

The service was truly impressive. The service agent Genesis was professional and kind, keeping me updated and making sure I was fully aware of what was needed for my car. Even the shuttle guy Jody went above and beyond, providing amazing customer service. Great team representing Regal, I must say. I was truly impressed.

Dropped car off on a Tuesday to get gear shift replaced. When i was dropping the car off they were very attentive. Once they diagnosed the issue they told me it would be ready by Friday. Friday rolls around & I hear nothing from them. At 1pm i started calling. Took almost 40 minutes to get someone on the phone. It would just ring & ring & ring. Bc of my job & schedule I had to use my vacation days. Finally got someone to pick up & all of the sudden they're not so in a hurry to even find out what was going on. Was told they'd call me back 2 hours later no return call. So i spent another 20 minutes trying to get another person on the phone. Was told the part was damaged & they had to order a new part would not be ready until Monday. My job was not happy to hear this.. They weren't even going to call me back to let me know. Monday again trying to get a hold of someone finally get a ride to the dealership only to be told the part wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. So i told them I needed

I was a bit upset I bought a car from Regal and when I took a test drive there was a nail. They said they would replace it. The tire should come in 3-4 days. A week later I call and my service rep could not be found and they say they won't get my tire until 2 Friday. I feel I was either ignored because I bought a used car or they just messed up and don't want to admit it which for me I'd rather they say we messed up. We all do. I do love my car though. Just not the service there.
