Maurice's Auto Repair and Towing

After 5 months of off and on with this shop, my car left in the same if not worst condition as when it arrived. This shop is questionable at best. They were unwilling to provide any information regarding the service work for my vehicle. When asked to provide a history of the work/service, you will only get a copy of your receipt with no details aside from the part that has been bought. If you ask about warranties on any parts that were purchased, you are most likely going to receive an UNSPECIFIED Warranty of 6 months/ 6000 miles, whichever comes first; however, the problem with that from my interactions with this shop is that it appears that the warranty that is provided is a (SHOP WARRANTY) and NOT WARRANTY FROM ANY MANUFACTURE on any parts purchased for your vehicle even though their warranty disclaimer says otherwise. I recently had a transmission replaced and was informed by the owner as well as his mechanics informing me that the new transmission that they had placed in my vehicl

What great service! Called Maurice's Auto Repair after 5 p.m. because I heard a dragging noise coming from underneath my car. Upon inspection, I saw the undercarriage was dragging. My service advisor, Carlos, was great - very friendly & professional. He told me to bring my car in & he would check it for me. They were able to quickly repair the issue and get me back on the road. I'm very grateful to have a family business in our community - one that is committed to great customer service and values the time & business of their customers. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great service experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Amazing!!!!! Pricing and service is top notch!!! I have had a motor put in before on my 15 Ford fusion works no problems flawless! Now I have wife's car in getting work done great timing on speedy work done!! Demetrius is the best. Have any questions he is the guy to talk to!!!
