My wife and I are new to the area and needed an emergency repair on our truck, Lloyd's Automotive came through in a big way! Due to the nature of the repair that was needed (bad wheel bearing) they worked us into their next day's schedule, which happened to be Saturday. Ryan kept us informed throughout the entire repair process and let us know exactly what was going on with the vehicle, even taking me into the shop to show me exactly what he was talking about. Took my jeep to get my suspension looked at. Was expecting some significant repairs but Lloyd was thorough realized my issues could be fixed more effectively and less expensive than the dealership would do.
