Ford's the best
Terrible customer service. Communication does not exist and no one other than your designated advisor can assist you, and they are on their phones playing candy crush... Manager was of no assistance. They need to take some lessons from Bartow Ford on what customer service should be. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
