I have been to several dealerships over the years…. By far, this dealership is the best one I’ve been too. Today I was seen by Jonathan Camacho in the body shop. I came in for a quote to get my bumper put back in place and as soon as he saw my car, he said give me one second, went inside and came out and put my bumper right back in place. I thought the repair was going to be more complicated, take a while, and cost me hundreds of dollars. This goes to show not all dealerships work the same.. this one has people working for them, like Jonathan that actually try to help their customers, instead of focusing on money. *Updated 12/30/2022* The manager Mike Riddle called me soon after I posted my review. He took the time to listen, go over all my paperwork and he refunded us the money for the part which I greatly appreciate. Should we need work in the future I will go back and will make sure communication is better on my end as well. Thank you Mike!!*** I do not recommend this shop. They had my car for a total of 5 weeks and during the first 4 weeks I did not receive 1 phone call during that time to let me know they had found additional damage, that my car wouldn’t be ready when I was told, or that they ordered a more expensive part that the insurance didn’t approve or that I would be responsible for the price difference which ended up being $678 after they gave me a “discount”. When I dropped the car off on Nov 14th I was told it would be ready on Nov 30th unless they found more damage but they would let me know if they did.
