Firestone Complete Auto Care

Took my care in because my Firestone tires were losing air. After a few hours, Juan called me and said they couldn’t find anything wrong with my tires. I asked why my tire was losing air and he said “I’ve no clue. There’s nothing wrong with your tires.” When I asked what I should do, he became aggravated and rude. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my tires. I just got off the phone with another mechanic. Apparently there was something wrong with my tire and it’s getting a patch. The only reason this is a 2 star rating is because they didn’t charge me for anything. Would not recommend.

My experience was outstanding. I was immediately greeted by name when My entered because I called previously and did not want to wait for an appointment. I was explained in detail what was wrong, how it was to be repaired, the time it was expected to be ready and the cost. Another problem was found and I was shown the problem and explained about the repair and cost. I decided to have that fixed at the same time. All was finished in a very reasonable time and the cost was affordable. The tech were very professional and personable and I would highly recommend this facility.

My tire pressure was low on a tire and I stopped in to get it checked. The technician checked all 4 tires and added air to them. This was done as a courtesy and the did not charge me at all. They also jumped right on this and did not make me wait. Great customer service and friendly staff. We will return.
