Firestone Complete Auto Care

I wish that I would have read the reviews first. I went in for an oil change and came out with a coolant leak. I usually take my car to Carlisle on Lake Parker but they were booked,next time I'll be more patient and wait. I will NEVER recommend Firestone to anyone

As far as chain garages go, Firestone has ALWAYS treated me right. I've been to three different ones and they've always had great customer service. They've never tried to pull one over on me (I have a fair amount of mechanical knowledge and can tell when they're just trying to get more money). This Firestone in particular is my favorite. The guys are compassionate and kind and even when things don't go as planned, they work with you to figure out a solution. Maybe I've just had good luck but I'll keep going there. Customer service is important to me and they've knocked it out of the park every time.

I've been using this location for years, and it seems it is under new management. This guy is gonna try to sale you everything under the sun. Tell you your car needs tons of unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend going else where Service: Steering & suspension repair
