Christian Brothers Automotive Lakeland Heights

I brought my 2016 Chevy Silverado to Christian Brothers in Lakeland on Florida Ave S. I noticed a slight tire balding on one tire inside tread. So I wanted an alignment plus a tire rotation . They were very busy and two mechanics were out that day and initially they said 2-3 hours. But fortunately for me they moved me becoming my repair should be relatively easy. Unfortunately for me they discovered my lower ball joints needed replacing but fortunately for me I had an insurance plan that worked splendidly and my repairs were done very well. Nelson was my front office manager and kept me informed in any decisions with calls and texts. Nick was my mechanic during the entire process !! Never had that before in a large garage. Lastly, the very beginning the inspection service ( alignment, tire rotation) was TOTALLY FREE !! No one or company does that!! I thanked everyone who helped me and my beautiful truck. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again. Oh , one last thing,

The customer service the staff did a great and will not to forget the mechanics that prove to be highly skilled and provide a professional work. They never failed complete the work in a timely manner. I was grateful for their service. They proven to give ???? percent to get the job done right. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Christian Brothers Automotive in Lakeland, Florida, and I must say, I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. But the real star of the show was Dusty, who provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. He was patient with my questions and concerns, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done on my van. The repair job on my van's air conditioner was done perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's never been cooler in there!
