Paul and his son Josh run an excellent business. From the customer service, professionalism, and the quality of work, you won’t find a better body shop anywhere in Polk County. This is coming from somebody who has been in five moderate to severe wrecks over the last five years. They have never let me down and I think their consistency is what really makes them exceptional.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies. Had to go there through my insurance company to get an estimate on the damage to my car, and was quoted $1600 for additional parts they “think” are damaged and need to be replaced and can’t get me for almost 3 weeks. Took it to a different shop, that I trust a helluva lot more, and had the actual damaged part replaced today for $500. So yourself a favor and shop around, don’t trust these guys

I was involved in A fender bender and contacted This shop as it was the closest to my home. Spoke to a very sweet woman who told me I could stop by at any time between 8 and 5 with the exception of lunch for a written estimate. When I walked in the place a few hours later the lady I spoke too was not behind the desk. Instead a young , rude man was. He said the body shop only did estimates for insurance paying jobs and they were too busy to provide me with one. He could care less his employee told me otherwise. Very bad customer service and rushed me out of the shop.
