They had my vehicle for over a month for something that could’ve taken a few days. I had lots of trouble contacting him and got nothing but excuses as to why I couldn’t even get status updates. When I finally did get my vehicle back I checked my fluids and the oil stick was bone dry. Overall, just not the best experience. Part 2 of my Sledge Experience: They have now had my car for an additional 2 weeks due to them messing up something else that was perfectly fine.. Karl is RUDE and very unprofessional. I’ve been told “I don’t want to have your car or anything to do with you.” By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with ANY mechanic. I wouldn’t recommend them to a fly with a broken wing. Part 3: After the additional 2 weeks I got me vehicle back and again, my oil was BONE DRY again. If there was a negative star option, I’d definitely use it.
