Very respectful people, they offer you water while you're waiting, and service is very good. I feel safe on the road when I leave because I know they have checked over everything.

Can often be a long wait just to get an oil change (3-4 hours long), but they do great work and a full service is often less than the cost of your typical 10-minute oil change shop

Best price parts & labor on new Ford group 65 Van Auto Battery with Motorcraft 650 cca and 3 years free replacement plus prorated after that & replacement of one bad battery post, only $150.98 including tax !!! Lower prices than all local auto parts places, and Ford van batteries must be specially serviced, something about resetting computer codes back on when replaced. Parts shops are NOT allowed to replace them, only sell them to you, and then you need to get work done elsewhere. I was at end of line, with expected 3.5 hour or so wait on a Friday morning, but they finished other vehicles sooner and/or worked on mine while waiting on parts for others and I was out in less than an hour.
