I'm confused as to what to think. I dropped off my car, came back and the guy (Joel) just gives me the key and walks away while he's on the phone. He didn't mentioned anything about the service at all. No details about the car. Literally just gave the key and walked away. I'm not a car savy person so how do I know the job was done correctly? And no sticker on the windshield to let the customer know when to change the oil again. I don't even know if he's a nice guy because there was zero interaction. Next time I'll go with the known oil changes spots.
I found the location through Groupon, and was willing to take my car because of the great reviews, and they live up to the stars! Os and his team were efficient, the pricing was fair and the work was completed quickly. They did a full synthetic oil-change and repaired two tire leaks in an hour. Everyone was friendly and I feel confident returning again.
I arrived just a few minutes before my appointment they checked me in and my oil change was done in 20 minutes. Staff is friendly and bilingual.
