Overall great experience at this shop! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff who are really concerned with customer satisfaction.. Had my Civic repaired with them and I'm totally confident driving it right out the shop.. Awesome clean job done as expected. Definitely recommend going here!

I got into an accident and had damage to the rear bumper/spoiler of my vehicle and had a bad experience in the past with a shop that my insurance company "encouraged" me to use. I did some research and wanted a shop that would provide quality work and help me ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. The service was excellent they were very professional and helpful. I had to fight with my insurance for OEM parts but they stood behind me the entire way and made sure my vehicle was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with the paint job and overall quality of my repair and they even vacuumed and detailed my car before I picked it up. I recommend everyone I know to use this repair shop if they are ever in an accident.

The facilities are unimpressive. The junk yard dog in the back is cute, but the mess was on my shoes as I had to deal with a recovery that was towed there. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, so this is really a neutral review.
