J and G Auto Repair Services, LLC

We were in Orlando on vacation, 10 hours from home. The last night of our trip, my battery light came on on the way back to the resort and it was all down hill from there. We purchased a new battery and put it in and the situation did not improve, so we figured it would be the alternator and were very worried about the cost to fix it in order to make it home the next day. It was late so all repair shops were closed. The next morning my husband and I had the vehicle towed from our roadside assistance program. When the tow truck driver picked up the van and my husband, my husband asked the driver if he knew of anywhere to take it that would help us out with the alternator without breaking the bank as we had just spent a lot of money on vacation with all of our kids. The driver brought him here. The owners were fantastic. The service was quick (which was GREATLY appreciated since I was waiting in the lobby of our resort with 5 of our kids as we had to check out first thing that morning).

They are the honest and caring people .The service is impeccable prices are outstanding. I stopped in to have a problem with my car checked. First of all the owners of the shop are on sight and are very kind and welcoming. My problem turned out to be minor and they provided simple honest resolution to my issue. While I appreciate their great customer service What impressed me the most was their honesty!
