All staff are friendly and helpful. They were really honest when indicating the waiting time. Also they help me to choose the best tires for my car, the price is fair and I got a discount. Thx
Booked an appointment and made arrangements to come in. Came in and the store had taken it upon themselves to cancel my appointment without notifying me. One employee attempted to politely explain the situation and another employee spoke very rudely to me like I was inconveniencing them and acting unreasonable by tying to have my vehicle serviced one a date I had an appointment.
