On 6/9 I was told the repairs on my vehicle were finished and I could come pick and that insurance would stop paying for my rental the next day. On 6/10 I arrived to pick up my vehicle and was told there was one part they still didn’t have, but since they had told the insurance company they were finished and the car was in a drivable condition insurance would not extend the rental, so Joey advised me to take my car back and he would call me the following Friday, 6/17 when he expected to have my part in. Today is 7/6 and I haven’t had heard from him and my calls have been unanswered. The attached photos are the how my car has looked for almost a month waiting for them to contact me about finishing the job I’m sure the insurance company has already paid them for and they have no interest in finishing now. *edit* finally got a hold of them. I turned my car in on may 24th and took a month and something to be ready, that’s fine so far, they gave me my car back with a death battery, flat tire, the passenger window not working, the washer fluid pump not working, the thermostat was damaged, and when I asked about the issues they said it is not related to the crash, but what it’s funny is that my car didn’t have any of those issues when I turned in, Lazaro is a scammer this is just something else.

Never got back to me on my estimate. Insurance company didnt hear from them. Update: Enventually i was able to get in touch but Insurance and cogin both denied responsibity for failure of communication. After the repair was completed, they called me on a number that was over 10 years out of use- must have been old insurance paperwork. i had no new number on my paperwork-so my problem. After the repair was done, turns out there was an error in the tailight that was replaced and i had to get my rental car back and leave the car for another day. They washed the car for the trouble but i did waste a whole afternoon on this then wasted another couple hours the next day picking up the car. So, this was not a good experience but cogin cannot be blamed for it all. Dont get me started on the insurance company.
