Disastrous Experience!!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting All Tech Automotive and Repair to get my car battery replaced, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. I went in as a young girl not knowing what I was getting myself into and they took advantage of the situation. I called my dad later that day and he said they largely took advantage of the situation. Replacing a car battery does not cost over $415!! When I brought this to their attention, they simply shrugged it off. This was a clear indication that they had little regard for their customers' preferences and only cared about maximizing their profits. Moreover, the customer service was appalling. The staff appeared indifferent and dismissive throughout the entire ordeal. There was a blatant lack of transparency, as they failed to provide any itemized breakdown of the charges. Second experience with All Tech, second 5 star experience. Stopped in on my birthday to get my flat removed and a tire we had mounted and balanced. The mechanic stopped what he was doing and got it done in about 10 minutes and the price was unbeatable. Will continue to trust All Tech with my automotive repair needs Service: Tires

All Tech was wonderful. My 2017 Kia broke down on the side of 95N and I had to drop the keys off after hours. Next morning I had a diagnosis and was told to bring my car to the dealership. They then gave me very helpful tips for dealing with the dealership. They were able to diagnose my car in less than an hour while the dealership has had my car for a week without a diagnosis.
