I recommend this location to anyone in need of any type auto repair or tire replacement. This establishment is easily noticeable in traffic with free parking, clean unisex restrooms, customer lobby, hot coffee and television while you wait. Let's not forget the most important detail staff. These gentlemen were kind and informative and went out of their way to make sure they were able to assist me and they helped me make a sound decision based on the information they provided. So Mercedes dealership won't have to worry about me when it comes to tires any more. Thanks Goodyear staff! I will be back!

At first it seemed like great run shop, but after I bought new tires, I had issues with two tires. They kept telling me that they patched the hole, but it was hogwash. After the third time of having issues with my tires they said I would need new tires. They seemed more concerned with getting out of work on time than doing a good job. Never again.

Haven't been here in over a year. Went to pay my charge card payment because Emerson st location were I had started paying it last yr was having new computer system problems, after trying 2 days it a row & not wanting it to be late they advised me to go to one of the corporate Goodyear locations.And this Clay St location is closer to me & I use to use them until I received very disrespectful treatment by the management staff. Was happy to see a whole new management staff has replaced the previous one. Think I will try them out for service again. Advised that staff I had a previous problem which went as far as me calling corporate that day to express my concern & treatment. They were very apologizing & nice & express they would like to service me again. Very my appreciate that.
