They have always done a good job when I've been there. Sometimes it's overcrowded, but maybe that isn't their fault.
Computer couldn't communicate with other stores so had to drive 45 minutes to SanJose location (in morning rush hour traffic) to have nail removed from tire or pay $37. For to San Jose and they told me University location only had to call to get work order to get the road hazard coverage. Great. Nice way to spend my morning on my day off.
Made an appointment and confirmed with the store. Showed up and they said it would take at least 3 hours to do a tire rotation. Don’t waste your time going here if you’re busy
