Firestone Complete Auto Care

Do not take your car here! I bought the lifetime alignment and balance for my tires. This happens to be the closest firestone to my house. Typically, I trust firestones, and they have great customer service. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. I had my CV joint replaced by a different shop and come here to get an alignment afterward. While checking in, they asked if I liked to get the fluids inspected for $10. I agreed. When they were finished, I asked for an alignment specification sheet showing the before and after measurments which other Firestones typically provide without asking for. They were unable to provide one. Which was the first red flag. While driving home, I smelt something burning in my engine. I pulled over to find there's no coolant in the reservoir NONE. I went and bought coolant before driving anywhere else on my vehicle. Waited for the engine to cool and added the proper amount. The next day, I took it to a local shop to check for a leak. There was no leak reported.

I wait an hour and have video for a simple tire valve replacement when he tell me that I’m next they take 3 cars inside before me. Conclusion never come to this place

Getting charged for three hours of down time while mechanic stands around waiting for parts on a brake job that’s now costing $1400 as it is is crazy. I shouldn’t have to pay labor for waiting for parts when I specifically said what I needed when I called. Very unhappy with being clearly taken advantage of. This was my first time using Firestone and I’ll NEVER do it again.
