Carlos is dishonest. I would not recommend this place. They installed new fan but did not change the fan relay switch which was apparently the problem. This caused the car to overheat and the radiator to break. They would not accept liability for the shotty work and instead charged be for a new radiator. They then installed a used radiator instead but still charged for a new one. When it began leaking because they did not reattach the hoses correctly I went back and they still would not honor warranty on parts or labor. They will also discuss the work in Spanish even if you do not speak Spanish. Maybe discuss my car in front of me in a language I understand? Seems sketchy. They will set you up to make repeat trips to fix new problems that result from their poor practices. Maybe if you are latin they treat you different.

When on vacation, my car caught on fire. The wiring harness burnt so bad. After calling my insurance and having an adjuster from a local south Florida company come, they said it would be roughly $4500 to fix. I brought it here. It took over 3 weeks to for them to do the work. I paid them my deductible and got my car. It was making a funny noise and my air conditioner no longer worked. I took it back to them and they said they actually new my air conditioning wasn’t working and it was their fault that they would fix it free. They call a week later and tell me my car is done, mind you I’m on vacation from New England that has now been extended almost 4 weeks because of this. My husband goes to get the car, the man at the desk says they just need to drive it across the street to the other garage to drop something off. Sure no problem. He would not let my husband drive and when they got there he took the keys and put them in his pocket. They go inside the other shop and he starts telling m
