I called the female office manager to find out how much an estimate would cost. The manager placed me on hold for several minutes and when I was replied to it was another representative. She was very rude and told me that the manager was Now busy and I would need to wait another 10-15 minutes for her to complete her service with another customer. I told the representative that I was the customer she was waiting on and was confused why she would put me on hold to not help but to then start assisting another customer. I would like to speak to the owner as this treatment is unacceptable as I was then hung up on.

We use this company when repairing our door on a 2021 Tesla Model Y. As a whole, the workers decent and was completed in about two months. Despite the lack of communication or updates, we were happy to receive the car back in a adequate state. Sadly, there are larger cabs around the charge, port area, and multiple places where white paint/primer was left over. Despite us having to wait an extra day to have the car detailed say it was not properly cleaned up on our arrival. It looked to be as if a training had waxed the side of the car and the residue was still left. We brought up our concerns to Frank, who was our incident personnel that we are working with. He stated that they did not remove the tail light or adjust anything on the charge port, and made no comment on the other materials left around the car. Even if they did not remove the tail light, this could’ve been an overstep, and they could have removed more pieces of the car. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
