Firestone Complete Auto Care

Came here because I didn't want to spend half of my day in the Hallandale location. At this place these guys were friendly and got to work quick. I would of gave it 5 stars but the guy at the counter who called my insurance didn't explain himself correctly. Because of this my insurance denied to pay for the service and I had to come out of pocket. He did give me a $20 discount, so 4 stars for that.

Terrible first experience, paid online for tires. Requested an appointment, day of the appointment get to the place and was told they don’t have the tires nor can help me until Monday, called customer service was no help whatsoever either, now I have to wait for a call from the area manager to start the process for a refund. I've been taking vehicles here for over 10 years and Mike has always taken great care of me along with everyone else in the shop. Great customer service, attentive, honest, and they get me in and out as quickly as physically possible. I drive 40 minutes out of my way to go here compared to anywhere else.
