Classic Collision

Sent here from my insurance and for sure would come back and recommend! Repaired my front bumper and took care of a few other things; I apologize for forgetting their names but the receptionist, women with long blonde hair and the tall gentlemen provided excellent customer service, kept me updated every other day and had my baby looking brand new! I never solely go off reviews, I could have chosen any place for repair, but after speaking to and visiting shop, I truly felt I was in great hands and they got me in quick and repaired quicker than expected; I dropped off Monday and got the next Tuesday. It all depends on if parts for your vehicle is available/how quickly they can get it, aside from that, they move fast with quality and treated me a lot better than a previous shop I was sent to for repair on another vehicle. Two times on this place the color was applied to the bumper was diferente to the car color . Nice team but horrible service. Days waiting for the service to be finished and the date that i was picking up the car i have to call of on my work because the car was not ready at the time they told me making me to wait for hours.

The staff is very nice but the service sucks. My vehicle has been there for a month and still don't have it . Service: Body & Trim
