Thank you to the entire staff at Reilly Auto Repair for getting me in and out in one day with new front brakes and Ice Cold AC to keep me cool in this Florida heat!! Honest, good people with great communication, as well. Thank you!

We came in to have our a/c fixed. Told it would cost $45 to diagnose and it would take an hour. After 1/2 hour we were told it’s another $190 for further diagnosis to pump with freon and to see if and where it’s leaking. Then we were told it could be a few thousand more. We felt mislead and about to go down a rabbit hole of costs. When we went to pay the $45, two separate charges were added for things we never needed, like disposal fees and something else irrelevant to our bill. The cashier told us they always add that. It was very misleading and we felt taken advantage of. Won’t be back. Went down the street and they didn’t charge for diagnosis of the freon with dye or diagnosis fees. There was a fan out and we ended up paying $245 out the door somewhere else.

I have used Reilly Auto Repair on a few different occasions. They do a great job, explain everything thoroughly, and are honest. When my car started idling rough, I called. They immediately got me right in to diagnose. Nothing found just bad fuel. Charged me only 1/2 of the diagnostics process. Better safe than sorry!
