The worst experience ever. They replaced my main rear seal and catalytic system on my chevy silverado. When I left my truck's transmission vibrated every time it shifted and leaked transmission fluid. When I hit home my turn signal housing was on my bumper for both lights, as though my truck had hit a curb or something similar at a high rate of speed. It cost me $1,100.00 today to replace both control arms and a joint bushing and get an alignment due to an impact. Nice work guys. I was told they have a couple of young mechanics in training.. fire them both.

I called in advance, got a quote to replace the brakes and tires. I was given a price and scheduled to leave the car at 8 in the morning to get the car back the same. Took the day off, cancel all the jobs to fix my work van. I got there at 7:45, asked for Richie, the guy who gave me the quote. They told me Richie never gets there at 8 so I left the car and left. 2 hours later they called me saying that the price he gave me was incorrect. Instead of $210.00 for the brakes and 50.00 for the tires it would cost 380.00 and 70.00 (add on fees of 40%) even though he used the system with all the information needed to get the quote. They should be responsible for their employees actions not make me waste hours of my day going back and forth and loosing a day of work $$. They should honor the quote and train their guys better.

I went to Advantage the other day due to my car breaking down and had a very good experience. My car was placed on their lift in a matter of minutes and they fixed the car correctly and quickly. The owner was very pleasant and courteous and I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Thank you Advantage!!
