Everything was available check out was good but could have been better

I stopped by the service center at Walmart and the lady at the desk got me in to get my lug nuts re tightened because they where so loose I could losen them with no effort at all and when the worker named Carlos was looking at my car he started talking about me in Spanish to the lady at the desk and I understood what he said. He was very disrespectful and kept questioning to help me he refused to listen to me and I told him the problem and that this service center was the last place I came to get my tires serviced and Carlos refused to help me he was coming at me in an aggressive hostile way and not professional at all. He refused to help me and I had to leave with loose luggage nuts on my car which could have fallen off at any time. I was told by Carlos’s they do not use an impact to tighten the lug nuts and they hand tighten them and they are not torqued to the specifications they need to be at. He got nasty with me and refused to help the situation and get me out in a timely manor.

Terrible!! You try to call and no one EVER answers the phone and when you get there they tell you, you need an appointment!!! Really ? Then answer your phone !!!
