I am so lucky I found this place, I will never take my truck anywhere else! They do excellent work, and at a very reasonable price. Neisy, which you will see at the front desk is super nice, and very knowledgeable. She will set you up with one of their many highly experienced mechanics. I agree with some of the other reviews that they will NOT rip you off!! I highly recommend this place. Look no further for all your auto mechanic needs.
The folks at Ralco treat you like family, even if you're a first-time customer like I was. I came to get my radiator replaced and they were honest and straightforward about costs and went the extra mile to cut prices where they could. The owners were incredibly welcoming and the mechanic was careful and knowledgeable. I'm definitely coming back and will be recommending Ralco to everyone I know! Best mechanic in Hialeah!
