Cummins Sales and Service

Extremely disappointed early morning my husband went to this location miami lakes Cummins to buy a sensor, John was the person assisting him, as per John the part was not in stock, got his name and phone number to call him for it, at noon I call the part department I was told that was one in stock, pleaded an order and pick up on the afternoon, as curiosity I ask if was restock today and I got told no that part is something that we usually have upon arrival to the office John took care of me again and I gave him my order number I got told the same but this time I had the confirmation from my phone order that it was there and extremely mad even easy to notice base on his body language I got up and got it for me. So my question is are you getting paid to work or not ? Because after that costumer service so bad i really don’t know what Cummins is asking for costumer service As an add to my previous today I had to call almost 20 min in hold and still cannot get in touch with a representati

Will walk away and make you wait for a while even though they see you waiting to get the parts. Poor customer service.
