Someone dropped a glass bottle from the 3rd floor on my parked Mazda MX5 breaking windscreen, trim around and denting the hood. Car was fixed in no time and additional mechanics were performed. Al is a highly experienced mechanic that can diagnose an issue by simply listening to it. He's worked on my high end German luxury vehicles for over 10 years, everything from minor dings and dents, to major insurance claims.
