I have to admit I was losing faith in finding a good and honest mechanic here in Dade & Broward County, I went to 2 mechanics and either of them were not able to figure out my electrical problems until, I brought it to Mike, he even noticed that there was an issue with my radiator fan and quickly changed it at a good and reasonable price..., If anyone needs a second opinion i would highly recommend you bring it to Mike's for a proper diagnosis, so that you only have to come back once. Our car broke down while on the way to a work trip so we had it towed (overnight) to Mike's after searching for a car repair shop with good reviews in the area. His communication was on point, sending a video showing and explaining what was wrong, along with a photo of breakdown of repair costs since I wasn't able to see it in person. He got it done in a timely manner and even noticed and replaced a few little things like wipers and fluid. Even cleaned the headlights which desperately needed it! He was professional and personable and made my little millennial heart happy by texting updates, tho was still fine with talking on the phone such as when I needed to make my payment. I recently brought my car to, Mike's Automotive, to be serviced and it was a pleasant experience. Mike was very helpful and professional. He clearly explained what the problem was with my car and gave me a detailed estimate. The repair was done in a timely manner and Mike's communication was great throughout the process.
