Classic Collision

When I came to pick up my car after repair, I noticed a scratch that wasn’t there before. I had to drop off the car again and they fixed it with no cost to me. But nobody apologised for what they did. I had to spend 2 hours waiting to get rental car. Also, I had to pay for parking at my work for a few days from my own pocket. My original car is registered and paid for at that parking lot, so I could not change it for rental. And when I asked Classic Collision supervisor Joseph for reimbursement, he told me it’s my responsibility. MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLASSIC COLLISIONS MISTAKE! So not only I had to spend my time the scratch that they did, but also my money. Very unprofessional management! Services: Auto detailing, Paint repair

My experience at this shop was great. I would recommend this place to anyone. The front desk was both professional and quick in handling things. I was very happy with the work they did on my truck. I was even happier with the professionalism in which everything was handled. Jose was the person handling my truck. He was great. He answered and kept me up to date. He did made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle here. I would definitely use this place again.

Went in for a quote and was assisted really fast, all employees were nice and treated everyone with respect and prices are reasonable, keep in mind that the work and the paint are guaranteed, your friend could do it for less but you get what you pay for.
