This is the kind of place you want to do business with. I took my truck into them as part of a max care warranty through Car Max and I expected it to be relatively simple fix that turned into a more complicated endeavor. They were transparent throughout the entire process, professional in delivering news and helped me out in more than one way! The simple version is my horn didn't work which should have been an easy BCM replacement followed by a reprogramming. Unfortunately, Ford locks down their systems relatively tightly and as a result they had to try multiple locksmiths until finally they were forced to take it to Ford for programming. They were able to provide me a loaner to handle the time it was away and I really cannot express more how well they handled the process and made sure I was taken care of, even while it was frustrating for them and made things more difficult for them. I brought my daughter’s 08 Nissan in for a total checkup before she takes it to college. They looked it over and made some suggestions that were very reasonable given the age of the car. They also explained the issues very well and didn’t try to get me to do anything that wasn’t necessary. The repairs went very well and were done quickly. Turnkey’s staff was so friendly and welcoming. I will be taking all our vehicles here from now on!
