Will never take my Jetta elsewhere! I was recommended Werkshop49 by another local auto repair shop that doesn’t service VWs. Werkshop49 truly went above and beyond to diagnose my car’s problem, order the needed part, and install it - all within ~ 1 day. They were extremely professional and were willing to take my car in on extremely short notice. I will never be taking my car to a dealership so long as I can take it to Werkshop49!
My BMW E46 had quite a bit of stuff that needed to be done to it. Werkshop49 fixed everything up, and my car runs smoother then ever. After taking my 2010 VW Jetta TDI Cup Edition to a VW specialist and them having it for six weeks to tell me that they could not fix it, I took my car to Werkshop49 and the were able to diagnose my low fuel rail pressure problem to a faulty fuel pressure regulator that I replaced with a new Bosch part that was bad. I highly recommend this shop and the people that work there. They are knowledgeable and professional, and I will be returning in the future if need.
