I had a strange incident. One day, as I turned into a gas station, my car suddenly spilled a lot of oil, made strange sounds and there were fumes all over the front hood. it was a frantic situation but I was at least relieved that didn't happen on the road or the highway, thankfully. My first thought was that the car is not good anymore, and might be just totaled. In that desperate situation, all I could remember was, the folks over at South Side. I called them up: Craig picked up, and calmed me down - that itself reduced my anxiety. He asked me to verify some specifics, assured that it will be safe to drive, and asked me to take a 'steady drive' to their shop. When I got there, Bob, Craig and Jose sprang on the fault, fixed it in no time and gave me further assurance that the fix will last a long time. My last amazement with this group was the fees. I moved to Florida about two years ago and happen to move right down the street. I decided to try and get my car fixed that really wasn't worth putting any money into. I met Bob at that time, and his honesty really spoke volumes and gained my trust. I have since purchased another car and I do not take my car to get serviced anywhere else. This establishment has earned my trust and my business for life. I love the quality work that is done on my car.

I took my car in because it was having trouble shifting. Bob was straightforward and honest. He looked it over, topped it off with transmission fluid, and recommended a place I take it to because it would save me money, as he suspected it was a transmission problem. Because my own fluid was used he didn’t charge me a dime. I really appreciate him doing what he could to help me out and I especially appreciate his honesty when sending me elsewhere. I would take my car back there in a heartbeat.
