Great customer service. They no longer took my repair insurance but took a quick look at the car for me at no charge. I wish they took my insurance.

They ordered the wrong tires, but said they can get some local to save time I asked if they were exactly the same size and they were not. (215 vs 225). The reason the tires were replaced was do to some shaking at higher speeds. It helped very little. They were supposed to check into an overflowing reservoir after running the vehicle for awhile and said it was a faulty cap on reservoir. Still has the same symptoms. They did refill my ac freon and now my ac works. I called them about getting the correct tires installed and they said they were to busy to fit me in for a few days. To me this is unacceptable, they should have put me at the top of the list to fix their mistake. Honestly I am afraid to bring it back now. They have shown zero trouble shooting qualities. I wouldn't recommend unless the known problem is very easily identifiable otherwise I believe they would just keep guessing until the right part was replaced.

I went in on a Friday just an hour before closing and they immediately took my car in and diagnosed issue. I had my car repaired on Monday! Great service and a fantastic staff! I’ll go back again for future upkeep & maintenance. Service: Auto maintenance
