The service advisors Travis and Jaime are great. Can’t say the same about the manager Erick. He treats the employees with complete disrespect in front of customers. When I called out his rudeness he turned his aggression on me. He completely disrespected me by calling me names and raising his voice at me along with telling me that I was no longer allowed to come to “His” store. Then he continued by disrespecting my wife calling her names. Please stay away from this store as long as Erick is the manager. There is a reason why there are so many poor reviews of this store based on the manager’s behavior. I hope the corporate office makes a change quickly before they have a legal problem in their hands based on the way Erick treats his employees and customers. He is a complete bully with no professionalism or class. He deserves zero stars for a review.

My AC was blowing only hot. I asked them to replace my AC actuator. They replaced it, but this time the AC started working intermittently even a hotter blow. When I tried to explain the issue to the gentlemen in the shop, one was said the manager, they did not even listened to me carefully. I asked them to return the part because it made my AC even worse, but they did not accept it because I did not pay the diagnosis fee which is another issue. I took my car home and unplugged the part they installed, which is not the original part, the AC started at least blowing hot as it does before the installation. To summarize, they put a wrong part, at least it made my AC worse, did not even listened to me, and that caused me $400. How would you rate that?

i went in for an oil change and was in and out in an hour! Travis was awesome! He was so kind and made sure my car was in order before my road trip. That man deserves a raise!
