I was told by ford dealer that my brake pads needed to be replaced. Came to mavis as they had the best deal in town. They were honest and told me that my brake pads will be okay for another 10k miles and recommended waiting until next oil change. I appreciate their honesty.
I recently had to have my tire repaired at Mavis Tires & Brakes and I am very happy with their service. They quickly fixed a nail in my tire and provided excellent customer service. The pricing was fair and the shop had a comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend!
Great shop! The customer service is wonderful and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had a unique situation that they could have taken advantage of, but instead were extremely understanding and got us back on the road. Also, it may not matter to some, but I really appreciate when a shop is well kept, and the employees look and act professional, no matter the position (think Publix or Disney). That to me is a sign of good management and high standards. I will definitely be back.
