I came in for an oil change on my vehicle. Took about 45 mins which was ok. The next day after the work was done I noticed my vehicle leaking a brown liquid my vehicle is covered under warranty so I took it to my local shop (few days later)come to find out they put oil in my coolant system and it caused my vehicle to have a head gasket failure. When I confronted the manager about it they insisted they did not do that I had my mechanic bring them to the shop to show them they tried playing it off like they don’t know how that could of happened like oil just jumped from one place to another. I’m not the type to write reviews especially bad ones but this is insane literally destroyed my whole engine needed to replace it cost over 5 grand it got to the point I had to repo the vehicle because the repairs was not worth fixing they would not help me at all with the cost and constantly kept ignoring my calls and would not let me speak to someone above them. Honestly it’s a 0 star not even a 1
