Had a blow out and the guys changed my wheel on the road besides their store as my trailer was too big to get into their premises. They did not even charge me. First class! I'll recommend this store to anyone for friendly and afficient service.
Always great customer service! They also have taken care of all my vehicles and has always been consistent with service, never overcharging or over selling. Cenethia is by Far the best manager and they do their best to make it pleasant experience every time!!!
Went in for a simple rear break pad and rotor replacement ONLY. I was told an hour and took it with a grain of salt, knowing it would probably be longer. Decided to stay and wait, but little to my knowledge it takes 5 and a half hours to replace... Never going to this location again. I have also never seen so many employees standing/sitting around doing nothing or talking on their personal phones. Completely unsatisfied. Writing this on the 5th hour and I swear there better be no issues with their repair. Goodyear is great, but never go to this location. (Note they did take off $50 for the wait. Although it took me getting visibly getting angry)
