I called about 4 days in a row asking to speak with someone in the rental department. Every time I called, the receptionist said that she was transferring my call to the rental department however no one would ever answer the phone. so I called back to speak to the receptionist she took my name and phone number and she told me that the rental department would give me a call and contact me and they didn’t call me. so I called back Saturday morning to speak to someone in the rental department again and then I was told by the receptionist that there was no one available. So I asked to speak to any manger and the Receptionist told me there was no manager that I could speak to. That would be available to help me. And I was also told that the rental department will not be open again until Monday this is a bunch of BS and very unprofessional.

Kyle in service made such a difference coming in I’m just amazed with his professionalism. I could tell they were busy and not once did I feel rushed with our Nissan. The quality control and caring from Kyle is top notch. I will be referring people! Service: Oil change

We brought our 2021 Rogue to see why it was having trouble starting at 6k miles; they then proceeded to call us later in the day to inform us that nothing was wrong and that they had ran the checks and even checked our battery. They then proceeded to tell my wife that its normal for a new car to have trouble starting with premium oil. My wife had asked them a simple question of what the battery had shown on the computer, and the tech needed to put us on hold for 25 minutes while he went to go check. With it being down the road, we just drove over, and then they proceeded to say that they rechecked the battery 2 more times, and the third time it showed faulty. I don't think it's asking much to expect the dealership to actually check your vehicle when they are charging you.
