Come here if you want to be quoted one price over the phone after telling your exact year, make, and model then showing up for your appointment to be told the price is more than double you were quoted for a standard oil change.
Chad Basset and the staff at Firestone on Archer are great!! I had just put a spare on my car and was pretty anxious about my flat tire. Chad got me in and out in about half an hour, right before close, and gave me a generous military discount. Will definitely be back when needed!
They only had a more expensive part and not the cheaper price they quoted me at so they still charged me at cheaper than the more expensive. They also found another issue with my car and didn’t charge me for it. They were honest and fast. Very thankful. Services: Transmission, Transmission repair
