I took my car in for service recently and was quite happy with them. Gina was very helpful. She kept me informed about the progress on the repairs, assisted with getting me rides and a rental car since I didn't have alternate transportation, and was proactive in letting me know about other things on the car that might soon need service without pushing me into doing them now. I will definitely return there for future repairs.

It is refreshing to be able to write an extremely positive review for an auto repair company. Continental Imports of Gainesville has earned this, exemplifying the true aspect of honest, courteous customer service, professional mechanical understanding, and excellent repair procedures. I was given a fair representation of my repair needs present and future, devoid of high-pressure sales to try and upsell more than immediate repairs. Much is revealed about a company when initial contact is made, from reception to service department. Their understanding of my dilemma and willingness to accommodate my repair within a fair time assessment was also noted. They were also helpful in suggesting my auto could be delivered, since I was still recovering from a fight with covid. BMW DRIVERS BEWARE!! Save yourself the hassle and go to the dealership in town. Two weeks with continental imports and they only wanted to scam me. Two days with the dealership and I was back on the road! Dealership even sends you videos of inside of your car and fault codes that come up. They will understand what is wrong with your car as opposed to CI who will see a flat tire and recommend a new Mercedes! Reply: For context, I had an old hose that needed replaced and was very straightforward about the work I was requesting before bringing in my vehicle. Water pump stops when hose is broken so that water doesn't get sprayed over the engine. Standard. Continental claims that I need $800 pump because it stopped sending water to a broken hose like it is supposed to. Dealer confirmed pump functioning as expected. They also claimed I needed a new tire, but their own mechanic wrote in my notes that my tire was in fact patchable. In the end, they refused to do the work we had agreed upon wit
