Computa Tune Complete Auto Repair

Came in for an oil change on the 16th in the morning and had a terrific experience. They run on a first come first serve basis for oil changes and other general maintenance, so get there early. There were 3 techs responsible for two bays for the general maintenance side of the shop. I felt that they were understaffed but despite that, I never felt ignored or forgotten as they went in between customers in the two bays. It was 3 younger guys, but they had incredible communication skills and worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently all while I sat in my vehicle. One of the mechanics, Trey (I think) was the first mechanic I have ever met that truly made me feel like they did not just want to take advantage of my ignorance on cars. It was the first time I have ever heard a mechanic recommend a fix but be honest enough to tell me that it would be cheaper for me to do it myself instead of over-charging me. I have been to a couple mechanics/ auto repair places in Gainesville and Computa Tune is the best by far. They are super friendly, work quickly, and have great prices. They refused to take any money from me when I had them fix a small issue (loose plastic under tray) on my car and it meant the world to me that they were able to squeeze me in the morning I called.

I've never found a mechanic that does not rip you off, until now. I took my car in and expected to get charged and arm and leg or be told that there was a lot more wrong, neither happened. I would highly recommend this place!!!
