I've been bringing my vehicles to Carrsmith for 15 years, and have been working with Ray directly for that entire time. I've always had excellent experiences here, and would highly recommend this shop. 3 different vehicles I've owned have been reliably serviced by Carrsmith. In my experience with Carrsmith, the owner always takes his time asking detailed questions regarding the vehicle's status, and usually repeats questions for the sake of clarity and thoroughness. This has been the norm with me and everyone I have recommended to this place. Also highly recommend Carrsmith for pre-purchase inspections of used vehicles you're considering buying - i've saved myself the hassle of buying a lemon more than once. Most recently, Ray and the Carrsmith crew have been helping me to keep my very old Volvo (2006) in tip top shape. After this most recent round of service (Spring 2023), it sounds like it has 100k fewer miles on it than last week. Great people to work with!

Very professional and personal. Ray and Charles took care of my daughters 2014 Jetta that had a wheel sensor issue. While returning home from Disney, my 2017 Nissan Maxima started to break down. We were still 4.5 hours away from home. Instead of paying the four figure fee to have it towed home, I decided to try and have it fixed nearby. AAA recommend Carrsmith. We were just a couple of miles away so I slowly made my way there. I’m glad I did, they were AWESOME!! What I initially thought was an issue with bad fuel turned out to be a dying fuel pump. They showed me detailed diagnostic results that correlated with everything I was experiencing with my car. My son and I had our dog with us and and they welcomed her inside (out of the heat) while we waited. The waiting area and restrooms were very clean and comfortable and we were welcomed to help ourselves to water, tea and coffee. Everyone was really friendly to us and our dog, Violet. It was towards the end of the day so we stayed in a nearby hotel. The next morning, they got the new fuel pump and fixed my car. They did a thorough check u
